Environmental Sustainability - True sustainability in all business planning and operations. Specifically, to ensure that the natural and cultural values of the regions in which Absolutely China operates are not undermined.
- Minimal environmental impact at all stages of the business. Absolutely China’s adventurous journeys should always operate under minimal impact guidelines, while their offices should be run on the lines of maximum efficiency and minimal waste.
- Contribution to conservation. Where possible, Absolutely China will engage in partnerships with local environmental groups to actively campaign for conservation or to promote environmental protection or rehabilitation.
Responsible Travel - Absolutely China’s operations should maximize the positive effects of tourism on the host communities. This includes the employment of local staff, using local suppliers and developing sustainable businesses.

Payments Accepted
Reservation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $400 per person is required upon acceptance of your booking. For bookings at a value of less than $400, full payment is due at time of booking. Your balance is due and payable to Absolutely China 45 days prior to the scheduled date for departure from your country notified to you in your confirmation of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation of confirmed bookings must be made in writing and will be subject to the following cancellation fees applied per person, per confirmed booking: - More than 45 days prior to departure - deposit ($400 per person, per journey).
- 31-45 days prior to departure - 25% or $400 per person, whichever is greater.
- 15-31 days before departure - 50% of journey cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure - 100% of journey cost.
Cancellation of air arrangements will be subject to fees charged in accordance with the type of airfare used and airline tariff regulations. Refunds will not be given for unused or cancelled services after your tour arrangements have commenced.
