Adventures in Italy offers two kinds of trips:

• Discover Orvieto
  Interested in food, wine and the culture of Italy? The Discover Orvieto trip is offered each of three weeks in May and September/October, running concurrently with the Creative Exploration Workshops. The trip is also offered to small groups at any time of the year.

• Creative Exploration Workshops
  Wanting to explore your creativity, develop your talents, and discover yourself, all while immersing yourself in Italy's magic? Choose any of the outstanding learning vacations suitable for all skill levels.

For Couples and Friends
Adventures in Italy is perfect for couples and friends, allowing you to choose the trip that suits your individual interest! Choose the Discover Orvieto trip while your companion takes a Creative Workshop, vice versa, or both on the same trip. Any way you choose, you'll share exciting cultural activities together each afternoon. The best of all worlds.

Included in Every Trip

• Introduction to the simple joys of Italian culture.
• You cook a delectable meal with a fabulous Italian chef, while learning the secrets of using fresh local ingredients.
• Visit a vineyard and meet the owner as he tells you his philosophy for creating wines with character. Sip several of his favorites and learn how each is unique—a most intimate wine tasting.
• Shop as the locals do at the weekly market, where fresh local produce makes tempting ingredients for a picnic lunch.
• Discover the history and production of olive oil as you take part in an olive oil tasting in an historic Etruscan cave.
• Linger as you explore the finest Gothic cathedral in all of Italy.
