    Reservation Policy

    A $300 deposit per person is required for all expeditions to reserve your trip dates. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to trip departure.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you must cancel your reservation, Mantaraya should receive notice regarding the reasons for the cancellation by e-mail. The following cancellation fees will apply:
    • 60+ Days Before Departure: $100
    • 30–59 Days Before Departure: Deposit Amount
    • 0–29 Days Before Departure: No Refunds
