Reservation Policy

Upon program confirmation, a deposit will be required to secure reservation. The deposit can range from 30-50% depending of the type of booking. Special services or flights can require a full payment at the time of booking. Full payment should be received 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

The following charges or refund will apply when a written confirmation has been received after a confirmed service occurs:
  • If trip is canceled more than 45 days prior to travel date:
    Non refundable deposit by individual hotels, airlines or other third parties will be charged. The remaining deposit (if any) will be refunded.
  • If trip is cancelled between 44 and 30 days prior travel date:
    Non refundable deposit by individual hotels, airlines or other third parties will be charged. Additionally a 10% cancellation fee of the total trip amount will apply. The remaining deposit (if any) will be refunded.
  • If trip is cancelled between 29 days and 15 days prior travel date:
    Non refundable deposit by individual hotels, airlines or other third parties will be charged. Additionally a 25% cancellation fee of the total trip amount will apply. The remaining deposit will be refunded.
  • If trip is cancelled between 14 days and 7 days prior travel date:
    Non refundable deposit by individual hotels, airlines or other third parties will be charged. Additionally a 50% cancellation fee of the total trip amount will apply. The remaining deposit will be refunded.
  • No refund will be granted if trip is cancelled within 6 days prior to travel dates, when no show occurs, or when part of the itinerary is unused due to any factor beyond the control of ORO Travel.

Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
